                                      Selam canım.Zayıflama bandı yerine koşu bandını denemeni tavsiye ederim.Yani illa ki alacaksan bari kalıcı bir şeye harca paranı.İşe giderken 1-2 sokak önce in otobüsten, arabadan yürü mutlaka.Spor yapmadan ne yaparsan yap olmuyor. Sevgiler.</description>

                                      Merhaba arkadaşım. Bende senin gibi sayılırım. 18 yaşındayım ve bu işe başladığımda 1.63 boyuma 86 kiloydum. Şimdi ise 75 kiloyum. Ancak hedefim en az 58 kg olmak. 80'li rakamlarda olmak bir kadın, daha doğrusu bir genç kız için çok ama çok zor birşey. Bu nedenle sabırlı ve azimli olmanı ve bu yolda asla ve asla pes etmemeni temenni ediyorum. Çünkü bu yol uzun bir yol ancak sonuçları o kadar güzel ki adım atmamak mümkün değil.                                       yapma böyle. biraz kararlı olman lazım ben de akşamları diyetimi bozardım bisküvi çikolata ne bulursam yerdim çünkü akşama kadar aç kalırdım ama şimdi sürekli birşeyler yiyorum( abur cubur değil tabiki, elma salatalık havuç form bisküvi falan) bir de sürekli yürüyorum bazen canım çikolata istiyor kendi kendime delimisin sen saatlerce yürüyüp de 2 dakkada yazık edeceksin emeklerine falan diyorum kendimi motive ediyorum. bence sen de yapabilirsin. 2 kilo versen devamı gelir zaten. istersen yarışabiliriz &lt;img src=&quot;images/smiles/icon_smile.gif&quot; alt=&quot;Smile&quot; border=&quot;0&quot; /&gt;</description>

                                      özel bir diyet programı uygulamıyorum sadece eskiye oranla az yiyorum. mesela sabahları 1 dilim ekmek 3-4 zeytin biraz peynir domates salatalık biber (tabağımı mümkün olduğu kadar dolduruyorum salatalıkla falan önce gözüm doysun:)  ...öğle bol bol salata haşlanmış tavuk ya da sebze  2 kaşık pilav... akşam meyve yiyorum..  aralarda da çok acıkırsam form bisküvilerden atıştırıyorum. ve günde en az 1 saat yürüyorum. 10 kilo vermek için yeterli mi yaptıklarım&lt;img src=&quot;images/smiles/icon_smile.gif&quot; alt=&quot;Smile&quot; border=&quot;0&quot; /&gt; teşekkürler şimdiden</description>
